We've been on an emotional roller coaster this week. On Tuesday, a close friend was killed in a tragic accident. This was a man Jeff and I have known since high school, a man who would do anything for us, a man who will be dearly missed. Please pray for his family. His wife has become a widow at 37 and his daughter is only 6. She was born three days before my Evan.
On the up side...
Evan accepted Jesus as his savior today! I've been praying for him and I'm so happy I was there when he did it. It was during our Bible lesson and I thank God that we're able to home school and teach the Bible to our kids. :)

Oh, wow...what two extremes. How very, very sad for the family of your friend. I can't imagine what they're going through. I'm praying for them.
But, what joyful news about Evan! Praising God with you for my new brother in Christ.

I am so sorry for your loss. I saw that on Crystal's blog. Did not know you two knew each other. You would think I would have figured that out.
